What is the best software to make money with a blog? WordPress, Blogger or TypePad

If you want to make money online with a blog you will find that there are several alternatives of software to start one (I recommend you to read How to Make Money Online with a Blog).

One of the most popular is WordPress.org and is free. You should go to that link and you can download the program to install it on your blog hosting (I use wordpress).

Usually your hosting provider give the option to install WordPress with only few clicks (check Alocate that give you that option with its Linux Hosting plans).

At Blogger.com (a service of Google) you can make a blog as a sub domain totally free without invest to buy a domain or hosting. WordPress.com (notice .com and not .org) also give you the same alternative. If you want you can explore these free option but really you quickly will move to WordPress.org or maybe TypePad.

TypePad is other blog platform very successful but you need to pay for it but they provide you with the hosting services.

I use WordPress and I am very happy with this software. As wordpress is an open source you can find also a lot of resources over internet free that will allow you to learn more about this software and how to make money with your blog.

How to make money online with a blog without put money

How to make money online is one of the most common questions.

You heard about other people that are making a lot of money with internet and you don’t sure if that is true or not. Well the answer is that is totally true, you can make money with internet and you don’t need a huge investment to do it.

There are several sources of make money by internet but now I want to tell you about one of them … make money with a blog.

A blog is a website as you are reading now and you can make one totally free using services as Google who give you the possibility to make your own blog in Blogger.com, however if you are really interested the best way is to buy your own domain and a hosting service (on average the cost is U.S.$ 70 each year, check the information on Alocate).

At start you don’t need to pay a designer of your blog because there are a lot of  designs that are free.

Once you have the blog you should start the process known as “monetizing” your blog. I mean you have to put ads on your blog and you start making money.

The process of put ads in your blog is very easy and automatized, you can use the service of Google Adsense for mention one. Also you can sell digital products in your blog or whatever.

The obviously secret is that if you have a lot of visits reading your blog you will have more opportunities to make money, so the most important thing when you make a blog is how to attract more people interested in your blog. You must to give value to your readers for achieve it.

Maybe you are reading this article and thinking how start, well you should start thinking about what will be the topic of your blog. You can write about business, cars, show business, architecture or anything but always think that you should give some value to your readers.

Customer service is a basic tool to keep customers. Here we give a list of 10 common mistakes that can make us lose customers and obviously lose money.

This list of common mistakes has been prepared by CBSNews, following a summary of them with comments:

1. Not have trained personnel for customer service. These personnel must be prepared to address customer complaints.

2. Trying to win the argument. Remember the phrase “the customer is always right.” You should not pretend that is the company that wins in the discussion.

3. Inaccessibility. Customer service should be fully accessible to the client, hide or make it difficult to get there is an error.

4. Rely on the company policy. This error is similar to point 2.

5. Not fulfill promises. If you promise something to the client must meet.

6. Poor data recording. Their customer data must be adequate and whether there should be corrected immediately. If you make a mistake in correspondence with a customer that can spoil the relationship.

7. Circles. Protect the client  from unnecessary steps to get to customer service.

8. Emails. Emails are impersonal, customers prefer letters.

9. Do not listen. Listen to your customer.

10. Forgetting the basics. Always Smile, always say thanks.
