If You want to make money Put a Name to Your Business Idea

Your brand may be one of the most important elements for your business success.

About this matter I found an article in BusinessWeek where they recommended to look carefully this element of our business idea.

Our brand must be distinctive and easily remembered.

Bad names of brands are those that are difficult to pronounce or have no power of distinguish from other business.

Care must be taken in addition to cultural issues in the event that the word used as brand has a second meaning in other cultures.

You know for example that the founder of Toyota cars was called ToyoDA? As ToyoDa was not like a proper word phonetically, it was changed by ToyoTA that is much stronger.

Another example is a brand of vehicles that put their trucks the brand name “PAJERO” but culturally it has a different meaning in some Latin American countries so was changed by “MONTERO”.

If you are choosing a brand name for your business I advice you to make a brainstorming and get the opinion of your colleagues and friend. Obviosuly if you have money, hire an specialist in this matters.

Also you must check if this brand name is available, in other words if anyone else is using it. When you have the correct brand name, you must register and protect legally it.

The answer is very simple: From advertising.

The advertisers who paid large sums for advertising on television or newspaper or radio, now are paying also for ads on internet. The advertisers have the guaranteed that their ads will be seen from a website.

As a publisher and website´s owner you should to have a high traffic of visitors if you want that the publisher pay more for an ad in your website. For this reason you should create attractive ideas to ensure that your website will be visited frequently. Give free services is one of the tactics used.

The model business used for Markus has another advantage. As the visitors make the content on his website he needs to work in this project only few hours.

How to be a leader … tell it like it is

If you want to be a leader you need to learn to behave as such.

One of the characteristics of a leader is that leader says things as they are and do not walk around the bush. Telling it like it is not being spoiled is not aggressive but be direct and reflected the knowledge that the leader has in the area that leads.

When one examines the phenomenon of leadership in the sciences are clear examples. You can not imagine a chemist, leader in its field, going about the bush and do not give clear instructions on how it should be conducted on chemical experiment.

The leader, however, not only will stay in the negative aspect, also will give clear instructions, precise and direct on how to conduct the experiment.

If you want to be a leader in business should behave like the chemical, not only in saying directly that something is wrong but also giving clear instructions.

The leader knows that his team is very important, so the leader says things direct and clear but simultaneously leads his team into the proper processes.

Anyone can say “This is wrong.” The leader said “I think that you should review your report and reformulate this aspect of this manner.”
