This article is based on ideas put forward in a blog in English in the New York Times.
Basically what the author recommends is to seek informal appointments with potential prospects for new jobs. Ie if I work in a bank “A” and I want to find work in the Bank “B” what I do is to seek an appointment informally with the person I could hire in this second bank.
The central idea of the informal interview is not the search for a new job but the approach to a reunion is trying to learn new things.
In the informal interview there is no pressure from the potential boss, the interview will be more relaxed and will give you at the scene of a potential work .
